Motion Design Creation Process
To ensure an organized workflow and a high-quality final result, we follow these steps in the production of 2D Motion Design animations.
Step 1: Project Briefing
The first step is to understand the project's needs. We start with a quick conversation to define objectives, visual style, video format, duration, and where it will be used (social media, TV, website, etc.).
Step 2: Script
The client must provide a script or at least a summary of what will be shown in the animation. This material is essential to plan the video structure and ensure that all necessary information is included.
Step 3: File Submission
The client sends all necessary materials, such as brand guidelines (colors, typography, art direction), logos, vectors, images, and other graphic elements that will be used in the animation.
Step 4: Contract
We create a contract with all the project information, including deadlines, pricing, and key details. Production only begins after the contract is signed.
Step 5: File Organization
After receiving the files, we check if everything is correct and ready for production. This prevents problems and delays, ensuring a more efficient workflow.
Step 6: Storyboard Creation
With the script and organized files, we develop a storyboard — a visual sketch of the animation that defines the sequence of scenes and the movement of the elements.
⚠️ Note: For projects using footage from stock platforms such as Envato Elements, Artgrid, or similar, we are limited to the material available on those platforms. It may not always be possible to find very specific scenes, which could require creative adaptations to maintain the video’s quality and consistency.

💡The client is totally free to suggest or search for specific scenes on the stock platforms used, if they want something more tailored. This can help ensure an even more aligned result with their expectations.
Step 7: Animation
At this stage, we bring the animation to life by creating the movement of graphic elements, transitions, and effects. We ensure the animation has flow, rhythm, and visual impact.
Step 8: Delivery
After finalizing and reviewing the animation, we render the project and deliver it in the agreed formats, ready for use.
